Okay, so my turbo isn't 100% blown.... But still getting anti freeze/coolent in the pipe.... What would be the best thing to do.... Maybe bypass the anti freeze for now and replace it/ upgrade it in the spring ....?

Speaking of coolant... my car is definitely leaking or burning it or both. Got home and turned it off, walked around the front of it and saw smoke coming out of the grille. Popped the hood and saw some coolant on the passenger side splash shield, the reservoir is bone dry (just filled it a few days ago), and there was a little smoke coming from the bottom of the radiator I think. Doesn't look good at all...

check for small cracks and your hoses.

Well I just filled the overflow tank again and tried to look around for any obvious leaks but it's pretty impossible without the car on a lift or at least jack stands. No puddle under the car, so that's good. But I have to go to school tonight and tomorrow night so I'm a little worried about overheating or something like that.

Check the coolant return elbow, its prone to leaking.

right near the turbo oil line. right side of the head, it's a 3 way elbow.

Why do people grab up the SSAFC so damn quick in the for sale section when they're not much more new and can be shipped immediately. Just wondering.

Depends on the price I guess. For the most part they don't really "go bad" so theres no harm in buying used. I also prefer to keep the money traveling around the community if possible, but thats more of a personal thing.

That would be a calculated risk. Might be worth a try. Could also help tell you if its actually not the turbo thats the problem. Nice job on the 6 hour later ninja repost btw. didn't catch that the first time through.

thats what i was thinking, maybe the hose for the anti freeze to the turbo could be busted or somthing that has to do with that, and causing other issues....

I seriously doubt it will be anything that simple. I was thinking more along the lines of a blown headgasket, or something like that. But I commend your optimism!

headgasket would do it as well. as long as its fixable and dont have to replace it right now, that would make my life a hell of a lot easier lol
