What have you done to your MSP today?

Will be difficult, i dont know about your side but when insurance takes pics here, it is very invasive and they scan everything. You dont want to risk damaging future premiums and stuff like that. If you want to knock some profit, swap the tires at most but i think the rims might be stretching.
i agree thats what i was afraid of after they take pics dont take anything off except that badge you want lol
 
After I wrecked my P5 I went to get some of the parts off of it, they were pretty strict about what I could take because the cars get auctioned off. I still took quite a few things and never got a call or anything about it.
 
Yeah so i started with the intentions of putting the fmi on and ended up saying **** it, im to lazy and just put the hard pipes and bov in onto the stock smi.... came out good and runs great! have no complaints at all. left the stock pipe the goes from turbo to top of intercooler, its an odd shape and angle.. save that for another day and i ran out of couplers anyways lol Now i have to get my Damn SLS mid pipe on there

Not to be a dick, but... that was basically a waste of energy and time IMO. In not much more time you could have had an actual upgrade completed.
 
Couldn't get the intercooler mounted on the front lastnight so i gave up and went the easy way after taking the bumper off, went and got "L" brackets for the fmi and couldnt get it mounted on the front bar, electric drill sucked and all the drill bits didnt have much of a point to them to drill through that... and i didnt feel like cutting up the fraim of the car to much either, if so would have had my buddy come over and do it. So the FMI will wait till the spring/summer and that way can start getting other mods for it as well and pile them up, and get my buddy to take it for a few and put it all in and tune it and have it done the right way so i dont **** it up.
 
This will basicly hold me through the winter, wanted to do somthing before the winter that was an actual mod, other than motor mounts and mid-pipe ......
 
Tryed to put on my mid pipe, that was a no go... got the two front bolts off the back ones ended up stripping.. Fun.... and then i couldnt get the 2 fronts back on, so there is only one on, prob end up with a little exhaust leak till i bring it in the shop and have them do it for me....
 
I recommend soldering the connections. I didnt and it lasted fine for about a year and a half maybe longer but then all of a sudden it crapped out and the car barley made it home. After I soldered them in no more problems....
