What have you done to your MS3 today?

Yesterday I finally fixed the broken rubber mount for my MS CAI. In hindsight I wish I would've order a couple more of the parts because I'm sure this one will be lucky to last through the winter.

Today as soon as Howard the UPS guy shows up I get to install a TWM short shifter that I got from H3br3w_Ham3r.

Wash, polish, wax.

My UPS guy just brought me a present too; Koni yellows to go with the Eibach's he brought me two weeks ago! Gee, now I feel bad that I never asked him his name...

well you should Chief, he is an important part of our lives!
Congrats on the new and improved ride. The car seems to like suspension and tire mods quite alot.

i've got the TWM A6 leopard knob. http://www.twmshiftknobs.com/shiftknobs/a6-leopard-shiftknobs.html
everyone has a different preference but i've always liked the feeling of a spherical knob. this one is on the order of 485 grams.

True about everyone having a preference. I had to run to the store to get some grease for the install and I took the Miata which previously had no weighted shift knob and I put the one from my MS3 in there which is weighted about a half pound and was very surprised at the difference it made.

The short shifter install went extremely smooth other than having to get my fiancee to help me. I'm very happy with the results. The lowering of the knob I'm not a huge fan of but everything else is a big improvement.

Oh really?? I haven't had issues with the gear diagram and I know what you mean about the sharp edges. It doesn't bother me though due to the way my hand fits around the knob.

Anyway, bought 6 quarts of oil and a filter tonight and will be changing the oil tomorrow for the first time since I bought the car. It's due for an oil change right now and I wanna keep it at exact intervals.

just received my yellow fog overlay, came home from work and it was in the trash by the wife..!! crazy thang.!! of course i took it out... tommoro gotta have to take the bumper out again to do the fogs..ughh!!!

To do your fog overlays? I didn't have to take off my front bumper to do my blue ones. Been on there for 6+ months no issues.

Changing the oil on the Speed3 is a PITA. I hate the cartridge filter and the damn splash guard.

The JBR shift knob looks awesome. I like that better than any of the TWM knobs I think.

GV replica. I dry-fitted it before having it sprayed and it fits like a glove. I haven't taken pics of my car in over a year, so I'll post a few when it's installed.
