speed sensor problem....

ok i'm really guessing that i have a bad abs wheel speed sensor. since the traction control light, abs light, brake light and the speedometer doesn't work, plus throwing the CEL P0500.
if anyone could help so i could figure out which sensor is bad? and if it is indeed the abs wheel speed sensor? thanks

Brake switch maybe?

When My beetle did this the brake light switch was bad and all that crap would turn on

yeah but i wouldn't think that just a bad break switch would cause the speedo not to work?

tsc, abs, 4wd -> ton ring / speed sensor on one of the wheels.

Break light and speedo -> I think you have 2+ sensors effed up or a completely different issue.

What's the description for P0500?

p0500 says vehicle speed sensor malfunction. my 4wd light isn't on. it's just he tsc, abs, ebrake light and no speedo...
