Let's see some Mazda3 5-doors

Yea i didnt even think of that, i really want to go lower i just dont know if its really worth it or not, dealing with all the s*** you guys on the slammed thread do.

It's not THAT bad really. I've got a fair amount of time under my fenders now but the work was pretty straightforward to do. Aside from the pinch weld it's mostly a matter of driving the car and looking for spots that rub and how to modify them so they don't.

I am trying to decide if I want 17x9s or 18x9.5s. Nothing too fancy just a more aggressive setup with some nice stretched tires.

And thats a part im not sure if i want to deal with, I want to go so much lower but at the same time, i have wanted a 2nd gen speed sooo bad, and have been puting it of since they came out, i have never taken apart a set of coils so its all new to me and i dont want to do it and **** something up you. def need a little guidance with this if i do it for sure. this damn rain has been killing me and the time to do it sucks.

few new pics

It depends on what you want to do, and still have the ability to have your steering geometry angles the same as stock, or you end up destroying your tires. If you go too low, the alignment will be off and the car won't handle right. I have worked and seen cars that are lowered and they don't drive properly because the alignment angles are not right.

I had one car that I had to modify and build an upper control arm so the camber angle would be correct. It was squirmy as hell because the camber was different and off spec.

Finally getting some pics of my car up. Bumper had been like that since i bought it. otherwise its notSo bad at all.

another reason why i don't want to mess with it any more.

Hey anybody who has spacers on the rims. What size will work with the stock threads? My dad said i wouldnt be able to get any because my threads are short. Any suggestions? I hate how my front rims stick out further than my back ones.

I had 8mm on mine before i got these wheels but there isnt enough thread for 8mm now, so im sure that 5mm might work but you might have to get extended studs in order to get some spacers on there.

The tracking (spacing) should be the same from front to rear. On my car, the front tires are equal to the rear spacing wise.

Freshly washed and finally took the front plate off. I had to get down and dirty with some touch up paint... but it doesn't look as bad as i thought it would, now i just have to plug the holes with something :(
