MSP bumper on a Mazda3?

just wondering if anyone's tried it/how it lines up...

i own a MSP, and my friend owns a 3, and i was looking at them parked next to each other today, and they seem to have very similar lines on the front end... just a thought, could look pretty cool if it worked out

In my opinion, the way the 3 is shaped overall, the MSP bumper would not flow very well with the body lines and I have not heard of anyone trying it before.

look at pics from the same angle, to me it seems the only thing that is really off is the fenders coming onto the bumper... the MSP seems to have bigger, bulker fenders and the 3 has a little bit smaller ones... the headlights are shaped nearly the same, with the exception of the corner going onto the fender (which wouldn't effect the bumper, since they are shaped just like the protege headlights at the bottom...

That would be kind of cool but I doubt it would fit without serious modification.

Honestly I'm not seeing any similarities at all, none of the body lines match up and the dimensions are off, the 3 is 2 inches wider 69.1 vs 67.1
imo the 3 doesn't really look anything like a protege, unless you just want to say that all mazdas from that general era looked similar, but with that reasoning a 6 also looks like a protege but nothing is going to swap between the 2.
not trying to be a dick I just think it'd be a waste of time.

i was never considering doing it, i have a MSP, not a 3. but i was just curious as to what it would look like because IMO, the front bumper on the 3 is super lame looking unless they got a lip like this...

ehh... a little too asian looking IMO... i absolutely hate body kits and that thing reminds me of some wings west bodykit or something.

nah, i just copied the item number from the link and searched it up on ebay... link didn't work.

but yeah mazda 3 front ends are lame. i almost traded in my MSP towards a black MS3, super clean and low miles... but the front just looks too grandma-ish to me. no aggressiveness what-so-ever. then mazda came out with the newer models and god i won't even go there... quite possibly the worst front end i've seen on a car to date. for the 3 and the 6....
