Are the brake bleeders the same size all around?

From what I've read, the bleeder valves are all M7x1.0 but the service manual has a different part number for the front and rear brakes (B001-33-691 and BW0H-26-691). Are they the same size?

They may be different lengths for whatever reason, but all the same (I have Speedbleeders; all the same size)
