How to make your P5 faster in 30 minutes....

Take off the big 17" 18" wheels...... done.

I put 17's on my P5 and it was NOTICEABLY slower. If you want it fast use 15" racing wheels with decent lightweight rubber. Hell the Mazda3 16" wheels are lighter than the stock 16's.

I see a lot of people that slam the car and put heavy ass wheels on then b**** about how slow a car is. Lame.

Just saying.

yea u could throw 14s on our cars and they still will get smoked by moms in minivans (unless your turbo!). id rather have 17s with a wider track that look good!

I went cruising up the ski hill road last night and they're definitely not as slow as a honda civic but no where near my 88 MX6 turbo. However.... If I would have had heavy ass wheels on I would have been even slower going up and my braking would suck coming down.

Moral here is ditch the heavy ass wheels and tires. There's just no logic in them.

The civic still might be faster depend's which one your talking about and engine

And I think it's up to the owner to pick whatever wheel's they want some ppl don't care about how heavy the wheel is just looking good.
