is it just me or does it seem boosting the stock protege5 motor/forged protege5 motor not worth a damn?

it barely makes 200whp and for a 2.0 that seems weak. i blame ford. lol

i rather do somethingn crazy like swap in a 2.0 sr20det fwd motor if i WAS TO EVER swap a motor into my wagon.

250whp is very managable on a non forged fsde.. jist do it right.. and if you go forged 300whp+ is no problem...

Yep. Hitting up the Dyno after work tomorrow. maybe. hopefully I get my day off.

Ordered a new power steering pump......3 year warranty. =)

Also after getting the CEL I noticed my car is running alot better......how does that work? lol Its not lean at idle anymore and everything else is fine.... I dont want to clear the code. ( which i still have to get read) (they dont have anywhere to do it for free, gotta pay $50 or more...bs)

Bro, you gota jiffy lube or some other quick oil change crap joint near by? I know JL carry code readers and read cars for free, can't speak on others though but I'd imagine they'd follow the same trend.

you can get WiFi and Bluetooth OBDII scanners that work with Android / any laptop for not a ton of cash. But by the time you buy the application and the hardware, you may as well just get a code scanner lol

yeah but this gauge lets u scan and erase cel codes.. aswell as scans all your perimeters its pretty cool my buddy has one i lovett.. and it saves your from havin like 6 diff gauges lol to keep an eye things.. check it out

Depends on the CEL. They don't all induce a limp-home mode.

so if my cel code is saying its lean (true story)... will it make it rich? that doesnt make sense to me haha. oh and autozone, checkers, oreily's lets you use there scanners for free

I have one, and it does the job... scans and deletes. Can't beat the price for that.
