What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

Went down to visit the girlfriend in Bismarck the other day, and checked out her brother's new-to-him LPM MS6. soooooo sexy, and it's bone stock, so I got to feel the difference between mine with my mods and his.

I definitely like mine more. lol.

But I like the rearview mirror he has, the one with the compass in it. Was that a option from the factory, and is there still a way to get them now?

i dont think it was a package option. i remember building one and they had the one with homelink and the other one with auto dim or w/e is special about it. and from what i remember it was like 300 or so.

Just tried some Blackfire Wet Diamond sealant on the car, holy s*** is it slick and shiny! Very happy with the results. Also picked up a new long reach wheel brush. It clears the calipers and I can reach all the way back on the back side of the wheel and scrub every time without issue.

So here are the pix that someone asked for.....its like this all around my car. I didnt install the trim so I just figured that it was a standard feature.....

Id say remove that s***....but makes me wonder why it was put on anyways????
Hopefully it isnt hiding massive fender dings or a botched fender rolling attempt????

Nope, not at all. Collapses down to 3/4" if need be. There's less clearance between the front caliper and the wheel on the Mustang than there was on the MS6. I'm sure it would tackle the small crevices on the MS6 wheels without a problem.

I'm ready to fall out. Been washing, claying, polishing, and glazing the vette for the past 6 hours. Oh did I mention my engine bay looks brand new now? Tomorrow will tackle lowering kit, fuel filter, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. Also tok the rear spoiler and side trims off the vette. Looks sooo clean now. Sexy time.

Alignment is done, feels great now on the new fresh tires and proper alignment. Might give her a wash this weekend too.

Not my 6 but i helped my sister wash, clay, and wax her civic. looks 10x better. it hasent been waxed in like 8 months or so and it sits outside all the time. Looks nice.
