Awe s***. Now its official.

+1 on the ride. Ill never look at your car the same.

Not all of us break s*** ;) And if we do, we know how to fix it.
Sorry to be late to this...

YOU may know how to fix s***, but my wife thinks everything worth fixing can be/should be fixable w/twisty-ties.

It's nice to know that there are some women out there that enjoy and appreciate the "better" things in life. :D :D :D

hahaha

Dude, no offense but how can you possibly say that with the car you have?

no offense taken, or intended on my part either. simply that the only performance cars with mud flaps are Rally cars. That wing and those retaining steel ropes are killing what was a really clean and nice looking exterior. miss matched seats and belts simply speak for themselves...

My car, well it doesn't have mud flaps. The seats are matching. My passenger has a 5 point harness, and my wing is a carbon fiber oem wing. It's kitted, but tastefully so.

edit: I do like his car, but think it's getting scattered. When he was going for the slammed flush look the mud flaps were ok. But for what is to be a track car not so much. I would have like to see the funds for that wing put into a matching sparco seat and matching harness for the passenger. Then I would like to see what every one would like to see. Full stand alone and forced induction. :) All in due time though, this is a work in progress.

Lets get some things straight. My wheels poke out past the fenders so i bought mudflaps because i got tired of little rock chips from my tires flipping up rocks onto the sides of my car. I was never going for the hellaflush look, more like the functional flush look. Im sorry my miss matching seats bother you so much. Dont know what to tell you. I havent done a matching Sparco passenger with a harness because personally i feel like it would get annoying as a passenger. If im driving this car hard i prefer not to have passengers anyways. The wing has tall rutters, with tall rutters come excess leverage and some movement(top heavy) The tension (adjustable) cables are there for helping stabilize the wing, side to side and front to back. Triangles are much more rigid then squares. Btw, they can be removed in 2 seconds.
What do i need a full standalone and forced induction for?? My car has basically been "close to done" for a while yet i still find my self adding stuff here and there. Probably install an LSD soon. Im gonna put this out there also. Not to sound like a douche but money is no issue when it comes to this car. If i wanted another seat and a fully built motor with standalone i wouldve had it already. In my open diff FWD MX6 i had no problem out running an STi and EVO at the last track event i was in. Both of those cars are forced induction, AWD and superior to an MX6. It was my first time on a sanctioned course...

I respect that you have done all this on purpose. I did not know that. My opinion stays then.
As to going forced induction and stand alone. It's easy to say, "if I wanted it, I would have it already." However to actually pull it off and make it work takes more then money and a belief in yourself.
I understand the rock chip situation. I just thought you were concerned about aero on your car. At least a couple months back you were, when talking about your car after your fisrt track day.
