NEMOC Random BS Thread

Morning gang. Some serious winds and rain around here. Many streets littered with leaves, twigs, branches, and small trees. I watched a nine foot tree fall in my neighbors driveway. I just happened to be looking in that direction at the exact moment when I heard the CRACK then bam.

Morning everybody. Good to hear your trip was a success Ash, even if you are all wet. haha

it didn't rain the entire time during the ride, but there were some parts where i had to stop and clean the glasses because i couldn't see. and there's nothing like yelling NO BRAKES to other cyclists when you're doing 20 down a hill.

was pretty slow going because of the rain, but really that's ok...next year I'll aim to be a bit faster.

right after the ride:

:(

Did 77 miles on Sunday, mostly in the pouring rain...around 7-8 hours on the bike, and just under 6 hours of actually riding.

In the end raised $521 and had a blast, Ryan and I will be doing this again next year.

Philly was fun, though I prefer Boston.

I'll have a better ride report when I'm not so tired...drove most of the way back yesterday and didn't get home till 11.
NICE ASH!!! :)

hiya! don't get stuck in traffic! ;)

Christ. We got stuck in traffic on the way from the airport to the hotel. What a cluster that is.

My tiny bathroom took me months...

(IF you're talking about your basement)

I am, yes. The tiles we had purchased (24 cases of, I might add) turned out to be too big for our not-so-level floor.

I was just about to lay some tile today, and I ended up having to return/exchange all 24 cases.

I will say though, a big thanks to home depot for pulling it off. They were very nice.

Think I should trade my wheels for 2010 wheels?

2010 painted graphite:

Yes!
