Any photographers in here?

funky did you shoot some video?

also, yikes @ those supra pics... tone down the HDR some! Try adjusting the shadows smoothness slider so that the car doesn't look like the T1000.

I actually like the 'silvery/ reflective' effect on the car, especially since it's dark color would have otherwise been lost in the background...but thanks for the feedback.

Not a fan of the over-processed look going on.

Sorry.

The composition is otherwise nice.

lol it doesn't seem like it is very polarizing in here... So far, two people don't like it, and none like it. I'll keep waiting to see if anyone comes in and raves over your photos though. In the meantime, if you value others' opinions, consider toning down the processing. If not, more power to ya.

HDR can be very useful in drawing out detail in low and high light areas and can lead to dramatic images if done right. But it can very easily be overdone. IMO the Supra pics look very overprocessed and there is a distracting lumpy looking halo effect around the car. The effect could definitely be dialed in better, assuming you still have all of the original exposures.

A good litmus test of HDR done right is whether you first notice that it's a stunning image, or you first notice all the tell-tale HDR giveaways. The first thing I thought when I looked at the Supra pics was... "yup, that's HDR."

Generally speaking, HDR is a polarizing technique...people like it or hate it. Just because you and others may not like it doesn't change what I think about it.

The condescending nature of your last post of yours tells me more about what your opinion matters to me than the more constructive criticism you offered earlier.

I politely thanked you for your unsolicited opinion, so you and your high horse can move on at this point.

Exactly. Thank you.

If HDR is done correctly it will not look over-processed. It will look vibrant and dynamic without distracting halos and colors, etc.

You should expect some comments and constructive criticism posting photos on this thread. If not, you might want to add a caveat to your posting: "Please do not comment on my photos."

Thanks for the feedback Nate. I have the original exposures and am taking in everyone's feedback, provided it is constructive.

No problem (drinks)

It's clear you've captured a lot of detail and will look amazing if just dialed in a little bit.

lol
Comments like this is the reason why I rarely post in this thread nor provide any feedback/CC since some people don't take constructive criticism very well. I'll ride off in the sunset on my horse. Cya.
