No, that is strictly my track setup. I'm running around on stock p5 wheels at the moment
I wish did though! This is the best wheel/tire setup I've had on the car by far.well, the specific tire I wanted is not offered in a 225 size and to get a 225 I would need to keep it at a 45 series sidewall or 40 to be ideal (closest to stock speedo ratio) and all they offered was a 225/50 which would be more trouble than it was worth. I was originially trying to get 215/45 azenis but i found a deal for some direzza star specs in 205/50 so I snagged those and they feel WAY better than my last set of azenis did.

i dont understand where the hood comes into play with this discussion but if it makes you feel better...
and i dont have a problem with your wheels, but when you post them a million times in a million different threads saying how aggressive they are (when they arent) it really gets annoying

ok, this whole argument has been had more times than I care to count. since when does "aggressive" translate to low offset. thats what you have hellaflush for. if you don't feel that fat rubber is aggressive looking, thats your problem.
one of my muscle car friends called my car "aggressive looking" unprovoked. so.. I think I'll take a guy who's car runs 11s on street tires over the guy from NC who clearly shoulda bought a VW, because being trendy is clearly more important to you than anything.

guys knock it off. some people may find FDs aggressive and some people may not. now you guys are arguing the subject and you are only entrenching yourselves in your own opinions. there is no point in arguing because it is not going to change anyones views. so lets stop this arguing because we are all sick of hearing about the FD controversy in all of these threads. so lets knock it off. please .

without more information: neither.
whichever one makes the car look better. IMO, that would be the one which allows you to get more tire under the car.
the thread topic is fitment, I have no problem discussing it.

here is where i agree to a point, since you almost proved my point
if you have the +50, thats closer to the strut, meaning to run big tire without rubbing you would have to use a spacer, LOWERING your offset so you can run bigger wheels/tires,
this would mean doing some fender work but thats a must when your in this thread anyways
so lower offset allows you to be more aggressive IMO, thats where the offset/aggressive correlation comes from
