Why do you say don't over torque them? Is it hard to take those bolts off?

I didn't have trouble with it when I put it on, but this time one of em was a b**** to get out. I think I went a lil overboard on it when I was putting the bolts back in.

yeah, all the hardware is there, minus one washer which I appear to have lost. I can refund you $.12 or so to cover it if you like. LOL
