96 Protege LX Overheating

My 96 Protege 1.5 Liter has been overheating for a while. We replaced the water pump and the thermostat. It still overheats, it doesn't make it all the way up to the H but it's always 3/4 of the way there. When the heater is on it doesn't overheat at all. What's next?

you might need a new radiator perhaps? if it keeps overheating.

Have you had the radiator fully flushed out? I'm assuming that would have been done with new thermostat but just in case....

Have you replaced the radiator cap?

Try checking the radiator fans, make sure they are functional, additionaly, try burping the radiator, good luck!
