Of you guys want, you can meet me at a dunkin Donuts in Garfield, NJ. it's 1 mile away off of the parkway (exit 156). I'm meeting Speed3.5 there at 8:15-8:30am and we'll be on the road by 8:45-9am.

Is that the rest area past the exit 171 on parkway?

153.3 Thats the mile marker you can get there from north or south on parkway

brookdale going north is just a gas station, very little parking on the side but not a bad place to meet before hand.

hehe, pardon my ignorance, but I'm having hard time figuring out where is this gas station/rest area... Is it north of exit 156 or south of it? If it's north, I suppose we can meet there. Not sure if Speed3.5 wants to make a quick stop north of where I will meet him or not. But if where you want to meet up is south of exit 156, then 8:45am is a little late for me, since I'm meeting Speed3.5 at 8:15-8:30am right off of exit 156.

judging by the exit spacing on the parkway, most of the exit numbers correspond to the mile markers. Rest area that you're thinking of is south of where I'm meeting Speed3.5. Problem is that I'll be meeting with him by exit 156 at 8:15am, hehe. if you want, we can meet you at rest area after exit 171. Time frame will have to be between 8:45 and 9am. Otherwise myself and 2 more mazdas will be ahead of you by 15-20 minutes. I sent you a text message just now. If anything, you can buzz me tomorrow morning around 8:20 or I'll call you.

why not meet at garfield DD off exit 156 parkway and from there we head north w/o using parkway.

Just get there before 8:30AM though
