What have you done to your MP3 today???

Washed, clay bar, wax and buffed half the day away. Then i decided to throw on the new set of rims and lug nuts.......

Fixed my cigarette lighter and power mirrors.

I always made sure my cigarette lighter was broken. No one is smoking in my car. I only taped into it to have an additionally two sockets to power GPS and cell phone charger. :-)

Just went outside to see her, I think I want to take a picture of the Pro and the S together before shes gone.

someone tried to light up a blunt in my office before.. i was like uuuuuhh............. common sense?

lol, thats beyond common sense. Lack of respect for the office, especially whoever he knew that worked there. Shoulda gotten slapped, rings in.

So... yesterday I started to frankenstein my accord lip. I took a 3" section out of the middle of the lip and started to plastic weld 3" extensions on each side. It's my first time trying to do "plastic welding" and I'm just using a 40W soldering iron. We'll see if it works out, lol. Otherwise, I'm out the $15 for my lip. (rofl2)

My first joint on the one side's extension turned out pretty well at first. But I'm gonna try to make it stronger, because the joint seemed a little too brittle for my liking. As it didn't have a lot of bend in it when I put stress on it, and it got a hairline crack in the joint when I increased the pressure on the joint. I'm thinking about using some metal braces in the plastic to increase the rigidity of the joints. Kind of like using re-bar in concrete. (shrug)

I know I weigh 150 soaking wet but the scales only go in 5lb increments so fat it is.....

I just thought it was cool how it distributed the weight out and document it. I guess we will see exactly how the KL changes that but I know it will only make my already heavy corner even worse. Time will tell.

Is the battery relocation the only weight re-disbersement you're trying? staggered wheels?

more subs in the trunk! lol jk

323 got that right.... LOL. Yes the battery and I got subs back there. I would like to even it out some but it was more for documentation purposes and so I can see what I am playing with. Down the road that will be a good project

when is the KL going in?

Not soon enough. Got some more work to do but just getting some stuff ready.

Gave her a rather good wash (first hand wash of the season) and gave her some new soles: 205/50r17 Yokohama Advan NeovaAD07 which I promptly christened helping out some newbies at a local AutoX school :)
