lol. obviously, I was exaggerating, but I guess you have a pretty good point! The Buick is definitely a huge improvement, and the Pontiac looks like an attempt to ape the 1st gen Mazda 6, which is not a bad car to ape (even if it came out 5 years prior, if I'm not mistaken).

and now that you posted those examples, I remembered the Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky, which are pretty nice. I guess my initial opinion was misguided, haha.

The Pontiac is a re badged holden that's been out for a while. Nothing to do with the 6. They look wicked in White. My next car might be a G8

oh yeah, the holden's been around awhile, but you gotta admit there's an uncanny resemblance between the G8 and the 6.

Would it be more like in the full-sizish sedan range rather than the mid-sizish one?

Full-Size:
- Taurus SHO
- G8 GXP (2009)
- BMW M5
- Cadillac CTS-V
- Buick: Regal GS

Mid-Size:
- BMW M3 (?)
- Altima: no SE-R
- Fusion: no SHO
- Malibu: no SS
- Mazda: no MS6

Dunno, all sedans are massive nowadays, I don't see a clear diff anymoh

I saw this parked next to a current Altima the other day and the Altima is larger.

Suzuki Kizashi Turbo Concept

01-kizashiopt.jpg

Suzuki took a pretty big gamble by only offering its new Kizashi with a fuel-thrifty 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. While the mill produces a respectable 185 horsepower, it falls well short of the numbers available from its V6-clad competition. To address that situation, the company has partnered with Road Race Motorsports to develop a Kizashi Turbo Concept. The aftermarket company worked in a Mitsubishi 16 G turbo coupled with a Road Race Motorsports intercooler and a handful of other goodies to help up the power to a much more respectable 290 horses.

As evidenced by the video that you'll find after the break, the car will get its debut on Test Drive on SpeedTV. So far, there's no indication as to whether or not Kizashi buyers will be able to opt for the new turbo system from the dealer, or how much it will cost from Road Race Motorsports.

Either way, the fact that buyers can get a little more pep from their Suzuki should help move the sedans off of dealer lots and into driveways
