Easiest way is to remove the bumper, you don't have to actually take it completly off. Remove the clips and screws from the wheelwells, top (engine compartment (4) and bumper bottom, you can then acess the bulbs. I changed out in about fifteen minutes. I could have had the bumper off with a couple more clips.

This is not true at all! you do not need to take the bumper off. All you need to do is take the 3 screws off on the underside, and the 3 Clips fron inside the wheel well. You will have LOTS AND LOTS of room to get at the bulbs.
