finished pics next week.

Washed it, and installed my Yakima roof rack. Currently just the Q-towers, bars and one Steelhead, but I'll be adding an Anklebiter (crankarm-holding upright mount) for the kid's bike and possibly the tandem carrier later.

Need new tires and im lost in the confusion of tire sizes. Do you guys know what size I should run on stock setup? I know the size of the stock tires but should I get bigger ones for better performance or just stay with the stock size ?

i went with the goodyear eagle gt's 215/45 zr18 i think?? the tire runs wider on the goodyear for some reason??

215/45 is a bit of an odd size. I'd go either 225/40 or 225/45 on a stock setup. 225/40 will be a bit shorter sidewall, 225/45 will be a tad taller (I think 7mm shorter for the 40 and 4mm taller for the 45).

If you're looking for performance(summer) tires, take a look at the Star Specs. They seem to be a good, reasonably priced sticky tire.

Thanks for the tire help steve.

OJ: The s2000 is 2850 lbs. Its really not that light at all. An evo 8 is 3100lbs. After some research while sitting in class today it appears that its not as easy as I predicted to mod the s2k. 300whp is easy with a 4 grand turbo kit. If you want more you need a 6 grand turbo kit, upgraded clutch, and possibly lower the compression to 9:1. So all said and done it will probably be about a 10 grand investment. Would seem to be easier / safer / and maybe cheaper to buy or mod a used evo. Im trying to avoid the WRX because that is like ours in regards to power. Easy to get about 300whp but anything more you start playing with fire.
