Hi everyone. Been a while since I posted here!

I'll be moving to Rhode Island soon. So I'm looking for some suggestions! (dunno) I'm a SUPER beginner so excuse my lack of knowledge!!

Places to go for window tint?

I was thinking about tinting the headlights/tail lights? maybe?

It needs something with the exhaust...something to make it sound pretty!!

A safe place to start is with the motor mount (several options available), SPC adjustable ball joints, and maybe an intake/TIP. If you don't want to spend a lot right away, do a search on here or in Google for the "airbox mod". That should get you started.

I believe there's also a few similar threads around with more info.

Tint the headlights! I did mine with a light smoke (50%) not insanely dark but in the daytime it just darkens those overly exposed and airy light housings. Looks Sweet! I also tinted my rear lip break light and front side markers.
The rear and sides (seeing as my car is red) I got them to put a red tint on and it looks absolutely amazing!

Hope this helps with that area.

If you want your windows tinted, I would highly recommend these guys http://www.allpro-tint.com/
I had my car tinted by them, there are actually 2 pics of it on page 4 of their gallery on their website. They are definitely one of the best in the area. After they did my car, my brother, wife and mom all had their cars done there as well.
I would go with the global film over the suntek but that's just my preference. Let me know if you have any questions. Tell them Jamie with the black MS6 that's on their site sent you. Maybe they will give you a better deal.

I also just put a Magnaflow on my car and it sounds great. I would highly recommend a Magnaflow if you want something a little louder but not excessive.

that's what i was looking for....
where do i begin?

same, still thinking. i think i'm gunna do a tint and intake, just so i can keep my warranty (change out intake when necessary).

OP, I'm in Quincy if you know where that is.... there's actually 2 wwp's that I know of here now. Anyways, the dude with the other MS6 was telling me that in MA, the dealer cannot void your warranty for adding aftermarket parts, UNLESS they can prove that it w as the aftermarket part that caused the failure. Sound too good to be true?

I didn't believe him at first to be honest, but then another friend of mine conferred it, and said he looked up the Mass General Law. I haven't bothered, by go to mass.gov and you can do an M.G.L. search and find it.
Businesses can NOT make laws/contracts that are in violation of state or Federal law. So, regardless they say or what you sign, you are still protected by MA law. Ive heard it usually goes to arbitration, but it's good to know. Read up on the M.G.L. and let me know... I look at those damn things all day at work! lol

God Bless this liberal state!

Magnuson-Moss act fellas. That's what they're talking about.

I assume that is Federal since your not in MA? Unless you used to live here, or unless there are further "gear head protection laws" in MA. I dunno

Yep, federal law. Same thing you said, dealer has to prove the failure of a component(s) was caused from an aftermarket accessory. Lots of people roll over and die, but I've heard stories that a little fight and not backing down has saved people thousands by sticking to their guns.

I had to bare knuckle my dealer to get my 06' clutch TSB done last year... he was trying to make like it didn't exist. I was like look, my vin# is x, it's a type A, and you're doing it! lol I was all nice and smiles at first, but I have a very short fuse for dealer bs.

Thanks for clearing that up! I'll check MA law to see if we have further protection... or better yet, the OP can check it out and get back, lol.

fist mod ...... go for the injen cold air intake ! just put one on and it pulls way harder and makes my stockrecirculating valve sound like a 100% atmosphere bov

btw, i was watching "the transporter" last night

that's the sound i want!! i know, sort of a generic reference to ask you guys to point me in the right direction.... (2thumbs)
