i'm sure this is an overasked question, but i've looked all over this site and cant find the answer. im pretty sure the sway bar is 21mm? i remember reading on here on some random thread a long time ago about using a smaller bushing? would a 19mm be way to small? thanks! (rear)

I can't speak to the size of the front authoritatively, but I do think it is 25mm. I do know, however, that the rear RacingBeat bar is 20mm. The only non-stick bushings that I know of are the AWR ones, though I think one other company does make them.

ok thanks.... im gonna try a 19 and see what happens..... Oh and nice word "authoritatively" havent heard that in years. haha

front is 25 and I've seen the rear be called 19, 20, and 21, lol. My rear urethane bushings are 20mm and they fit like a glove. (shrug)

greasable fittings?

I lather lithium grease inside the bushings, and just call it a day.

I've read white lithium grease is best to go with. When I bought my grease gun, it came with all purpose grease which is what i've been using. I greased up my bushings 2 weeks ago and checked them yesterday. Bushings and bar were bone dry

Ya, use white lithium grease. It's very thick and does not wear away hardly at all. Its supposed to stay in place much better than other "looser" greases.

So you have greasable fittings/brackets? What kind of bushings do you use?

I have the evolv brackets. I was one of the first to get em! lol I use the 20.5mm greaseable bushings/brackets from energy suspension

^Nice... I should have my rear sway back on in a couple weeks, hopefully. Have to re-weld a nut into the rear crossmember, one rusted thru and broke off last fall.

yeah bushing upgrade is on hold. the two bolts towards the front of the car were so rusted i broke the welded nut behind loose. i guess i'm gonna have to take it to a shop and have them cut the bolts off.

Rear is 20mm, Front is 25mm

Same on both MP3 and MSP.
Will confirm this again, and have actually measured it with a vernier caliper.
Also another +1 for white lithium grease (I use Energy Suspension stuff) and regrease twice a year. I know it's time in the spring as I hear it squeak, but it's good to go until the fall when I do it again.

finally finished the bushing swap! i had my sway bar off for about 2 weeks now and WOW i forgot how much it helped on the twisties! although my adjustable links are making a ton of noise, im thinking i'll go back to the oem links.
