Aggressive fitment anyone?!

Sean22306 is running those with spacers, I can't remember what size tire he has under there! He has a nice stance though with his setup

I'm shooting to match a 215/45/17 so likely a 225/50, 235/50 would be close enough as well. possible I'd drop back to a 45 profile at 235

his car is basically the inspiration that drove me to this. First time I saw it I hated the look, but it grew on me. I'm expecting some "dislike" reactions because its not the typical, but I'm OK with that, function is going to be awesome and having that much tire stuffed under a smaller car is going to handle like its on rails.

FDs, 16x8, +50, 3mm spacer planned.

I wouldn't do it you're gonna throw your speedometer off by a lot almost 7% the fender line offset would be really aggressive. Should be about the same as the +38 mentioned above. But it's gonna run close to the spring perch. That'd be 0.7 of an inch closer compared to stock

I have played with fitment calculators extensively. I'm confident that a 225/50 will work, but there are more measurements to consider that you simply can't do without bolting the s*** to the car.

any of you guys know what's the offset of the RX-8 Wheels, i want to add Spacers to bring them flush to my fenders but i just cannot come up with the equation to make them look aggressive and flush to my fenders.... any ideas what spacers should i add to them..

10mm rear, 15mm front.. ??????

they're +50, 8" wide.
but really what matters is that you need to figure out how far you want to come out. where they are now is irrelivant. 15mm is going to be too much, I can tell you that for sure, and honestly for your power level, I wouldn't space wheels if my life depended on it.

If there's anything to watch out for make sure that you clear the suspension, the stock s*** runs close enough to that as is, if anything take some measurements there

These Offset s*** is driving me crazy, for some reason the more i read about it i less understand it.. lol lol any help will be appreciated..
higher offset means the wheel is closer to the center of the car. adding spacers ends up in a lower offset.

a 50 offset wheel with a 5mm spacer ends up at +45, so the centerline of the wheel is 45mm closer to the middle of the car than the mounting surface where it bolts to the hub.

honestly miguel, I wouldn't be comfortable putting a spacer anywhere near that size in a car you're pulling the power you're planning out of. 3mm, maybe 5, and thats it.

That's how my rear's look

and this is the Front..
