seriously just let it be totaled. i know it sucks, but its the best option. take all your aftermarket stuff off and collect on it. she is dead, even if you could bring it back there are so many potential nightmares with driveability and safety, not to mention and trade/resale value on a wrecked/salvage car. the car did its job by keeping you safe. take the insurance money and buy a new ms3 and transfer the parts, or sell the parts and use the money to buy/mod something else.

I am to the point where I hope they do. There wasn't any frame damage, its all the little bulls*** and the engine damage that killed it. Besides, they will pay off the loan for me, and I should get about 4k back since I have been paying more than my payment the entire time.

Car is already stripped. All the performance/cosmetic stuff is here at the shop. Only thing left on the car is the wheels. And those are coming off as soon as they say its dead.

i'm sorry to hear what happened and how your getting tossed around by the insurance. im sure u've heard this all too many times but everyone here would rather hear that your ok, over anything else.

two of my friends recently got into an accident, an 09 BMW M3 (may be totaled) and he has had it for 5 months, bought it brand new. and an 06 Mitsu Evo, that is totaled already. The good thing is everyone is safe, and its good to read that you are. cars are replaceable but you are not!
