For dewinging an MSP couldn't you just find a trunk from a junked protege of the same year range and either paint it or if it's the same color just mount if up and swap badges (or even debadge whatever floats your boat).

BINGO. In 08' i bought an 2002 protege lx trunk from LKQ automotive. By the end of the week the speed was wingless.

$$$$$... $4 for plastic plugs that are admittedly ugly is more worth it in my book than the $250+ MINIMUM that it would cost me.

LOL the MP3 wing is overdone? Well I guess that was before the big rush of EVO's and STI's. Yes I'm sure they are functional at a certain speed, but IMO are still too damn big.

False... Look into it a little more and you'll be surprised. I have friends who have painted whole cars for <$500. To get paint and whatnot to just get the trunk done will cost a fraction of that...

Hell, I did a whole lip on my old Sport20 with rattle-can paint (customized to my paint code) and it looked stellar!

Milwaukee Paint, ~$25/each IIRC for a spray paint can matched to your color code, as for the booth, make one of cardboard in your garage.
