Engine bay shave?

If you weld or jb weld the holes your gonna have paint work in the engine bay. That is going to be a hard problem to solve cause you will have to drop the engine to paint the engine bay. not to mention all the wires you have to paint around.

wires? what wires? lol he shaved all of them

You still have things you will have to tape off. Like the AC lines, all the boxes, batt and fuses ect. It would be a pain to scuff and paint all that.

we'll see.. i've got to paint any way cus i treated the rust along the seams. it's primered at the moment.

you can buy a welder at home depot use it and take it back and say it broke....no questions asked...ask me how i know lol (i did it, and i used to work there so i knew they had to take it lol)

fuse box is relocated, battery can be removed and is already
ac lines are a piece of cake, its really not that hard to repaint the engine bay

the welding and cleaning up/sanding is pretty time consuming but besides that its a piece of cake

Did you keep your AC? If you did how did you route it? Also the fuse box, where did you relocate that? Great job by the way!
