Any Missouri people here?

How's the p5 build coming along anyway?

Got the engine off the subframe and separated from the transmission, and on a stand. I already know I need an oil pan and 2 sensors but my brother has thousands of parts for KLs. I was hoping to work on it more with my dad this past weekend but he was busy around the house. He said we'll work on it during the week, not sure if that'll actually happen but sometime soon it'll be ready to go in the car. I would work on it every day but my dad wants to help me with it and I'm gonna let him. He has rebuilt a handful of KLs for my family and knows what he's doing...I can't compare to a Mazda Master Tech yet, so I'll patiently wait so this gets done right the first time. :)

Very cool. Yeah I know how that waiting thing is haha. I'm excited to see this thing completed. When do you guess it should be finished?

First half of 2010. LOL Really once the drivetrain is ready then I'll be working on the car constantly til it's done.

Just a heads up for fellow St. Louis area people - we have scheduled the first 2010 Boeing event for Sunday, March 7th. Hope to see you guys who came out last year again and I expect to see some new faces as well! Don't forget to mark it on your calendars so you don't miss it.

Ah, a glimmer of hope on an otherwise cloudy day; stupid winter.

What's up everyone? I haven't been on here in a while. I wanted to see if the guy with the titanium ms6 i spoke with at max and erma's in lake st louis is on here?

Remember all Missuo dudes. MWMF May 1. Be there. If your not there you will regret it due to the fact that we will find you and take your Mazda away.

I have a Titanium MS6, but I don't believe I know who Max and Erma is.

Welcome back to the site anyway!

I will definitely be there. I have been waiting all winter.(alright)

Basically you pay $10 and spend about 5-6 hours autocrossing and running the course for others.

It's a good time and you get to see some pretty sweet cars. You learn that you're not nearly the driver you thought you were.
