What have you done to your MS3 today?

they weigh a lot. I was surprised when I tried to one hand the package and I almost broke my wrist, lol. I would say around 17 lbs a piece, which is still 3 lbs lighter than oem I believe.
edit:
and those are hps + pads.

I agree with what kvndoom said, and also with the BMW dealerships general service quality. My brother has a BMW and his services have been so damn awesome with free loaners as well. And his car is a lease with an intake that he installed.

Ok, sorry to be off topic here, and this is the last time, but yeah, I should print the TSB out and maybe just try another dealer ship. My mom has a brand new BMW, and they even do the oil changes for free!

just finished installing my retrofit clear lenses....will let the sealant dry overnight, and installing the headlights back on my car tomorrow.....i will take/post pics tomorrow of the final outcome....

installed a prosport mech boost gauge and ventpod

decided to keep the illumination white full time, partly because i like the contrast to the amber/blue luminescence, and because i ran out of extra wire lol.

i seem to be peaking at 13lbs, not 15, ive seen the needle jump to 15, but it dropped back down to 13... im guessing my bpv is leaking a little?

If its stock, then yes. Upgrade time.. Wooo

this happened a few days ago, but the plug fro my AP stopped working. The display screen works fine and the USB wire is fine, but the plug to the car is dead. sent an email to cobb about it but havnt received a response, but its the holidays so thats understandable. Travis if your out there let me know what to do!

well here is what I got in the mail over the last week!
brake fluid, ss brake lines, hps front and rear pads, and slotted rotors!

Nice socks...are those hanes?

suspencion

just installed koni yellows in my MS3 and i love the way the car rides. i also have cobb springs with k-mac camber plates

Yes you are correct, I did make those up, lol. They are the HP+ pads.

And good eye, those are hanes socks. Can you tell what kind of pants though? Think water and sweat...

hmmm...they quite possibly could be a pair of the water resistant dockers or you may even be bold enough to have some sort of gortex article on.

I have the 1st gen Medieval rear mount and it's been good so far. Which one do you have? After you do the swap, give me a review please. I've been considering going with a different mount but can't decide which one to get.

So I just got done installing the 88 durometer (stiffest) AWR mount which replaced the dogbone style medieval mount and also changed the tranny fluid to the MT-90 and i have to say....WOW(attn)
First of all, the tranny fluid makes my shifts feel smooth and crisp, and the mount is SOOO much better. the car just pulls perfectly. I recommend this mount to everyone!

Do you get the "Wa wa wa wa wa" LSD chatter when really cold and making hard turns (like turns in first gear in parking lots).

I did with the MT-90 and is one reason I switched to the Motorcraft synthetic. Everyone with the MT-90 will have the tranny whine.
