Help! Turbo troubles!

I recently took my car on a long trip...around 600miles or so. It performed great on the interstate. When arriving at my destination I noticed that the turbo was only putting out 7.7psi @ WOT and felt like it was getting fuel cut. I switched my AP to monitor fuel pressure and it was right on the money. I also got CEL P2178 which is "System too rich off idle".

My mods are COBB AP - Running a stage 1 OST Map
and a Fujita Cold Air Intake

The car has right at 39000 miles on it.

Sounds like your air filter is too far up on the intake pipe and cutting off the air flow.

That or the filter some how got wet....

or you might have a boost leak some where.
