Thanks!

One thing to note, Liquid Silver seems quite different than most other silvers out there. It definitely has a "liquid" vibe to it, hard to describe, you need to see it in person. This silver has more of a "bluish" tint to it where as most other silvers do not... and it's a bit on the darker side.

I hate to say it, but when parked next to my Machine Silver Corvette, the Liquid Silver looks a LOT nicer. Seemingly has more "depth"... the Vette silver looks more "one-dimensional" and just not as interesting.

The Mazda Liquid Silver may be one of the coolest silvers I've ever seen. For those who think silver is typical, boring, etc, please make a point to see one in person before ruling it out. Even if silver is not your bag, I guarantee you will be impressed when you see it in person. The photos do no justice really.

I'm definitely going to have to check it out. There are a ton of bland silvers out there but there are a couple really neat ones. My wife's Yaris is technically "Meteorite Metallic" but it's a silver that looks a tad bit darker and has a sea-blue/green hue to it. Outstanding color and I'm glad to hear Mazda did something similar.

yeah its super hard... i think the reason i would go with the blue is because its a SUPER different color... nothing like it on the road...

lol... i know exactly what ur sayin about the silver... cause when i first i got my silver p5 and washed it and all that... and the sun was shining on it i was like WHOA!!! i got my car in may of 2002 and its 2009 now and im like UGHH!!!! silver still... just wanna wake up and it be a different color... every car on the road is silver, black, white, and then slight variations of color here and there... but nothing stands out like the BLUE of the 2010 mazda... NOTHING...

Mine's Liquid Silver. Love it.

If I were more of an attention ***** and looking to get a better deal from a dealer, definitely blue, then red.

I saw a silver one yesterday and it looks pretty good. But I prefer the blue, and want a blue one.

FYI, silver cars are known to get in more accidents, because they are harder to see on the road!

Not that I disbelieve you, but it seems that it's coincidental since silver is one of, if not the most popular vehicle color. Not sure if it or white is on top now.

I finally test drove a Speed3 the other day. Outstanding vehicle. Almost certain that it will be my next purchase. The car really isn't photogenic, but it looks like a different animal in real life. Anyway, the one I drove was blue. The color itself isn't bad really, but I don't think it carries well to the interior even with the blue ambient lighting, which I didn't know the car had and was very impressive. It's a bit too pastel for my taste. I still want to see the other colors. Another dealership near me has red and silver. I like black the most, but I don't know if I want to maintain another black car. That and it hides the lines of the vehicle, which I happen to be one of the few who likes just about all of them.

I read a news article sometime in the past about insurance reports of silver cars having the most accidents, because the color blends in with the background and makes the car harder to see.

Not saying its 100% true, but just something I read. Like I said, I saw a silver in person, and it looked pretty hot. My wife was totally impressed also and liked it.

Went silver. Red sticks out wayyyy to much for me, didn't like blue, and though black does hide the smile I don't like a little more, even in Colorado here, we hit 100 degrees in summer, so no thanks (plus they only had one w/ the tech package in black).

I'll be quite honest that i'm shocked to see that the blue had as many votes as it did. In fear of flaming, I won't further my thoughts on that.

I've always liked the silver so i'm very partial. Both my Speed6 and now Speed3 were/are silver. I've heard the argument that the black hides the goofy smiling front fascia but aside from that black is usually pretty hard to keep clean.

Red...well it looks pretty sweet. To the cops too. I've had enough of that from past cars.

Guess that means i'm stuck with Silver.
