Car is looking good...I was talking to a group of guys actually about your car today cause they liked my P5 and were talking about the ones they had in Australia...it was a group of 20 high school basketball players that are in the US for 2 months training...
pole messed this one up
Quick shot that I took yesterday. i have a few more but they are blurry...got to love camera phones. lol
Thread is, "Post your best pictures." (hahaspit) Nice car but go back and redo.
and the yellow sign, and the dumpster, and the.....lol. Good try though. Suggestion: tilt camera sideways, aim straight at the car and have the top cut off point just above the building doorway. Leave the poles out of the frame.
The background isn't doing you any favors. It's ugly, but not "industrial" enough to be ugly in a good way. Too many crossing/intersecting lines behind the car distract from the main subject of the photo. Given that your car is relatively low contrast, IMO you want a simpler backdrop that contrasts in value to the car. Also consider finding a background that complements the car tonally. Something in the warm neutral range perhaps. Background aside, the lighting seems appropriate in that nothing is over-exposed and you get plenty of detail in the dark areas (wheels for example.) I actually think the pavement in the foreground has nice texture that complements the smoothness of the paint.any critiquing on my pic?
