By the way - i'm sure that driver could rip you up on a race track. These guys are professional. Even though he did make mistakes... it happens.
I know people are going to say he shifts too late - but they probably weren't told or instructed otherwise. They alway take cars to the redline.

Im just joking around.....I was hoping for a better race video thats all...I have 0 prablems with the tach. being on redline. Yep - it's only an assumption. Most of the time I assume pro drivers are usually better than your typical joe... it might not always be the case... but it's more so than not. lol
But this is the first MS3 on BM that I could find - too bad it didn't do well in it's first showing. The driver could definitely have done better... i'm pretty sure DSC was on too.... seems like it.

BestMotoring FTW. These drivers are professionals. Some of the best. Most are world champion JGTC300/500, Formula nippon and F1 drivers. If i ever want to see a comparison between cars on the track. I always watch these guys and have been doing so for 10 years now. I too would have liked to see the MS3 do better. But they run the cars straight from the factory so tires were definately an issue. there's no doubt other manufactures equip cars with better tires than us.
FWIW, prolly nothing, the J-spec MS3 came with only 260hp vs our 263 hp. LoL.

My Apology was sincere..or I wouldnt have done so. Im wierd like that-morals...But props to you for finding a video with a speed3..I myself get butthurt watching the car not driven to its capabilities, as well as what mr mazda said..I myself am a very good driver and have raced on the track..Am I a Pro..nope..and I would agree most of these drivers are amazing and better then me..I can live that. My forte is mix martial arts and shooting comps. driving is just pure day to day satisfaction..that said..While the driver of the speed is prabaly one bad ass driver..he didnt push the speed 3..thats very evident on the video, so that was why I was like cmon lol. But anyways looks like you already know that..thats the only bad thing about the internet is we cant read faces our expressions to realize the "other" guy is joking around or just being sarcastic..so alot of things come through as harsh or disrespectful..I for1 have done the SAME thing..far from perfect here lol...Thanks for understanding rollazn(hi)

Speed3 driver is an ass, how can you not feel the car as nothing over 5500 rpm and bring it to almost 7000rpm.
Put someone who know how this car work and it would be another race for sure.

What are you talking about man? Who siad the MS3 is the best? In that group, the S3 is faster, the Megane is a more focused track weapon but the MS3 should beat both the cooper S and the Civic at least. Bottom line is the MS3 is not the slowest car around that track.

I agree the MS3 should probably have beaten the Cooper S or the Megane but it's hard to do so when it's only a three lap race. Hell even the Megane couldn't overtake the Cooper S.
But the probably the fastest car on that particular track is the Civic Type R. You can look at the time attack - the Civic Type R is a good second or two faster than any of them on the track. I've seen the Civic Type R hitting the 1:07.xxx range... now that's quick! It beat out cars like s2000 CR which was impressive to say the least for that Civic.

Haha...I think oakland was just being alittle sarcastic and making a point of saying the ms3 isnt the best car..Which I agree..the s3 is a awesome machine and the type r while not in straight line isnt too incredible, is a very solid track car....but thats whats beautiful about forums..we all get to post our very own viewpoints...And I agree that the ms3 is a more capable car in that group than shown in that videoclip...racing is racing..sometimes you win and sometimes you lose

Um.. tires people. Its not about power. Both the mini and integra are light and probably had better tires. And the integra type-r in japan i think came with 220bhp. The Integra is a better handling car than ours.

BTW, I believe there is a video of the first gen MS3 on BM, not sure though.

My bad. Still. Everything is subjective. I am sure if Keichi was driving the MS3, it would have placed somewhere around 3rd or so and if everyone was on the same tires, who knows what the outcome would have been like.
