Aim them way the **** down?

huh? how did u put the bulbs in upside down, isnt there a tab that only fits in the headlight one way?

but im not sure why yours throw light everywhere, mine just throw the light on the road...maybe u have the bulbs in wrong?
when i first put my 10000K's in i didnt know there was a tab in the headlight so i had the bulb like aimed completely up and i was like shining light at trees and s*** lol

cutoff on a retrofit is going to suck by the nature of a HID bulb... as for upside down... I'm confused as well.

My H4 kit has shields under the bulbs so only the top of the headlight housing is used (stops all the glare which would be reflected up by the bottom of the housing)... but the kit in Lyns's jeep is just a bare bulb, so it throws light all over hell.

which kit do you have? do they sell the shields separate?

i fixed it. i turned them right side up. last night when i did, it was wierd. it didnt throw light at the road.

darn... this would be an awesome price if the shipping wouldn't cost me more than the kit itself

What u get same day shipping? :)

being in hawaii... it only gave me 3 options.. the cheapest being $31 and some odd change

i already have HID's but wouldn't mind a 35w kit... i dislike when ppl flash there highlights at me

s*** dude that's rough :/, here in Jersey cops don't care as much. I haven't heard any of my friends being pulled over for hids. And trust me there's a good amount around here. There's some dude with a navigator bright ass 10k's wouldn't be surprised if they were 55w with the amount that they blind me. You could imagine how much that blinds me if he's behind me. headlights directly in the back window.

Yea, thats another reason I didn't want to get 55w HID's. I drive like 1-1/2 hours to and from work with dead stop traffic. Don't want to blind anybody. u know how Karma works! LOL

I just bought the h4 hi/low for my sedan. How do you get the hid to fit with the weather seal on the headlamp? Any trimming of the seal?

it should just fit right in, i think there's a pdf with lots of pics that shows you pretty well what's going on and how to install everything.

I've been running without the seal now for nearly a year, no problems thus far.

that isn't to say I recommend it, but its an option.
