lulz. you guys are nuts! I mean really, i've been through s*** storms with my ride - came really close to trading it for a MSM (like pen in hand), and i looked out the window and she was sitting there like a sad puppy. I will never get rid of my protege no matter how much she pisses me off or even if i get other cars. This is for 3 reasons
1. Dumped a s***-ton of time/money into her
2. Every time i walk to her i smile
3. Shes running great (for now, LOL)

I know there's other people out there who love the lines on these cars (especially when lowered) Where you at? This dude needs encouragement not suggestions on what else to buy. Stick with it brother!

I also love the way the car looks, don't like it lowered as much as some... but I'll sell it when it no longer serves my needs.

Greg is not letting go of his car unless he is really desprate. He just needs to work those kinks out. But i feel you. I would have a real hard time letting my msp go. Everyone has a sti/evo. I like it when people ask what it is.

I'll upgrade when my thirst for power can be matched with enough to feed a vehicle with more thirst. lol 28 MPG is GREAT on the wallet.

amen, uniqueness is a huge factor (which explains why the protege community is tighter than most) also, don't forget about the looks on peoples faces when they get rocked by a "protege". pulled half a car on a GTO a few weeks back, dude was devastated. Chalk up an epic kill for the MSP (lol2)

^^Wow. nice kill. Gto is no pushover car. Its just fun to drive our cars. I hit up the twisties with ItsYellow all the time. I remember we outran a porsche around the turns once. Which was awesome.
