Heya guys,

I need mounts badly, and upon research I have found the usual AWR's, SLS Performance & Medieval, but have now just stumbled across Street Unit's Mounts. At $393US before shipping, this beats the horrendous quote I was given from Mazda

Now before I put money on the table, have any members purchased there mounts? how good is the build quality, stop the wheel hopping etc?

Cheers
Marc

Just to let you know, you should read this http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123700972

i had front and rear awr's in my old p5 and i liked them. they were the 95 duro though. i could have gone with the softer mounts and enjoyed it more (less vibration).

on the SU note, i have to say that i will not do business with them. i was here when they were vendors and i saw the amount of displeased customers they had. medieval also had a couple of unhappy customers to say the least.

How much power are you putting down?? If your basically stock with a few bolt ons, You should do fine with a front MM and Side inserts. I'm running AWR 88 duro and love them. I have a Medieval rear mount in the shelf waiting for the patients for that install. Unless your rear mount is broke you should be ok, with just the above listed.
For the record I would not do business with SU and have heard bad things about Medieval, but my rear mount was bought new second hand at a very cheap price

if you want i can help you with that mod and i have a spair intake mani you could have to modify (free) by removing the butterflys

Sounds like a plan to me... I was going to eventually do the 626 mani. doesn't the mod require welding??

How is the vibration ? 95 is rated for race driving heh : O

Don't even notice them, now if I drive a car without them it feels too mundane and boring. s*** if they made them higher then 95 durometer then I would have bought them instead but they don't.
