Just installed JBarone short shift plate

I just wanted to give my review on this product. First off this product is a very high quality peice worth every penny and not only that but looks good. Just got done installing and it was so easy i think the hardest part about install and most time consuming was just taking the factory bolts off the stock shift weight, after that whole install took about 5 to 10 min. Just got back from taking the car out for a drive and all i can say is WOW this thing is amazing. After reading all the reviews about how short the shifts were i still didnt think they would be this short i mean the throws are REAL short and i love it it is absolutely amazing. The car shifts beautifully now and i too was also worried about the boot rubbing but after install it is barely touching and absolutely no problems with shifting goes into every gear so smooth. All in all i give this a 10 out of 10 this things is absolutely amazing and i love it by far one of the must haves for out MS3.

Jamie, I just installed a short throw shifter from E4P. Would I benefit from this plate in addition to the short throw shifter?

No...Testing indicates it's way way way too stiff to shift.

I wish it would work, I'd be a millionair.(burnout)
