1999 Mazda Protege LX
Hi everyone,

My name is James and I drive a 1999 Classic Red Protege LX. I had a little tech day today with my roommate and decided to give my engine bay a thorough cleaning and give my wheels a new look. All things considered, I'm pretty satisfied with the result.

At any rate, I thougth I'd check in and say whats up, so on to the pics!

YAY! another classic red. Welcome to the forums and the car is looking good, just needs a drop.

Needs a drop and tint pretty bad I know, but I'm not sure I want to shell out the cash. Plus, the extra ride height helps on the bad roads around here.

Yeah that's my only debate as to whether to drop my 3. The curbs, driveways and pot holes already suck. I can't imagine it with a 2 inch drop. Welcome to the forums.

I also occasionally have to drive on dirt roads, and lowering might be a bad idea in that respect.

idk i live in the middle of no where, NH the paved roads are terrible, and the dirt roads arent much better, but im dropped and have a front lip and have never had a problem. I drive in the snow like this as well. the Eibachs are a nice drop for rough areas.
