i never carry a balance. i just use it to put everything into one bill. lets you know how much crap you buy every month.

I'd rather stray away from CCs until I feel stable enough to not mis-use them. Like when I constantly have more than $50 in my bank account, I might be ready. lol.

I'm about to zero out $4k of CC debt (minus what I spend on x-mas anyways) by December hopefully. Which will then get used to pay for classes Witner Quarter....

Honestly, credit cards are good and bad. I got my first just before I bought my car so I could start building credit. I have 2 now because I got my second at a good rate through a friend at my bank. I never cancelled the other because cancelling is BAD for your credit. Even though I have lots of CC debt cuz of school, my credit score is VERY good because I have only ever missed one payment. The bad part is it's very easy to get carried away.
