i got a chance to see that color in person a few days ago..and its definetly sexy!!!!
There is no way in hell that Cosmic blue/magnesium blue would not look anything but perfect on cosmic blue. My buddy did a photoshop of the cosmic blue rota g-forces on my car, its in my photobucket, but I can't access it at work. I will post it later.
If Wheeldude would have had the cosmic blue g-forces in stock, they would be on my car right now. my svn's was the next best thing I could find.

That magnesium blue is a hell of a lot better looking and just screams "mean, bad ass, cool and laid back kind of guy but still a little edgy" instead of "Hi I'm 16, begging for attention and possibly gay" like the orange on CB does.

Yeah I agree, I believe its even more childish for someone to call you gay for your taste in wheels. Its obvious you wanted to be unique and give the car more of an eye grabbing appeal with the wheels, because in itself, to the common eye, an MS3 looks like a normal 3. Now, whether that orange fits the car is another story in itself, as I am personally not a fan, but its cool to see something outlandish and out of the ordinary. Funny thing is, when I put my gloss black RS4 reps on back in march, I painted the calipers grabber orange at the same time, and while the idea at first sounded good, it quickly became something that did not match the car, in my opinion. But back to your car Daonly1, the rest of the car is superb. I think powdercoated magnesium blue would blow people's minds.
Can you give me a personal lengthened review on the DG lip since you have had it for a while? I just received my BC coils and this lip is something I have been on the fence about.
BTW, here is my speed with the orange calipers (the weekend after these pics, I took my stock OEM center caps off, painted them gloss black to match the wheels, and left the mazda logo chrome to stand out against the black, so ignore the red on the center caps):

Sorry man, don't get defensive. People go by first impressions and you set that impression all on your own. Do you want honesty or for people to just BS you and laugh behind your back and make you the butt of their jokes?
Magnesium blue would look really really good on CB. I would have to say it would look better on the CB than any other color except maybe white and even then I believe it would still look better.
So take some advise from a guy who will tell you as he sees it too your face with no mailishes intent (which I seriously don't have bro). If your goal is to get attention and be different and still look cool as hell, then ditch the Orange and go with magnesium blue as that will really set off the look of CB and turn that MS3 into a very hot, macho CB MS3. Not sure how it would look on your rims as they are a bit wide, but on ones like the Photo-shopped Pic it would be absolutely amazing man. And I will guarantee that you will not have to worry about first impressions of immature, attention *****, gay or anything else that comes to mind when seeing CB/Orange.

As I stated above, I was just honest. It's not his taste in wheel color it was the impression CB/Orange paint scheme makes. It is LIFE and how life works. Take the guy that has the BM with Green rims. I think that looks like crap as well as it is simply too over the top for my taste. However, I would never say it looks gay because BM/Green does not give that impression. Stupid maybe, but gay no.
Take your car for example. I love what you have done. I don't care much for CB as the color to me is more of a girls color. However, you have managed to make the car very macho and cool and I love what you have done.
I would much rather have people be honest and not fake. If you have the balls big enough to do something like this then you better have the skin thick enough to take some comments you don't like.

cosmic blue and orange = win. iits actually me in the picture looking at them and i didnt like them when i saw them online and was stoked to see them in person to see what i thought firts hand.....honestly.....they look really good. its bright and flashy but it looks good. they grew on my a lot from the first time i saw them in person and they def rock.
and would it really be an insult if you were gay.....then you could have wheels to match your sexuality....it would be kinda convenient. lol.

You think most people will tell you how they feel to your face? That is not how life works man. People are all "Hey looks good man" then later they are like "WTF is up with the Orange rims....LOL". That is how life works bro. You get HONEST answers on the internet because people don't have the motivation to be nice. They can say what they feel without any concerns.
