alright man two questions 1. cutting out the air ducts stops the diversion of air directed onto the intercooler which can't be good for heatsoak and the intercooler running correctly. That's why the air ducts are there right? 2. will our stuck hosing and connections work with the new position of of the BPV on the cold pipe?? I'm going to be installing a Synapse BPV running Recirc and it looks like its on the wrong side of the pipe and harder to access with the tubing??? Thanks
1. according to Truboost (former owner of my MS3) AIT (air intake temperatures) through the intercooler were only 7 degrees warmer then a FMIC..it doesn't totally stop the diversion of air to the intercooler at higher speeds it's not like all of your ambient air will be leaking out it's gonna be rushing in so quick that it will make little difference if that one spot is cut out...that is correct that is why the air duct is there...but just take a closer look at the part that is cut out it's so little compared to the rest of the air duct that is there
2. i ran my forge bpv recirculated and didn't have any problem dumping the charged air back into the MS CAI...
take a closer look
