When should be the first time OIL to change for Mazda 3 - 1600 cc

I have a question regarding first Oil change , in the manual its written to change at 10,000 KM in my area region
Most of people here in Egypt says that I should change the motor oil and its filter first time at first 1000 KM is that right ?!!!!
or could I make it firstly at 10,000 KM ( I believe to change it after 10,000 KM so what do you think technicians )

1000km is really too soon... just change it at 5000km and you'll be fine... you want to let the factory fill oil help your engine "run in" and seat the piston rings properly

after that, 10000km is what's recommended by mazda (it assumes you're using their Dexelia oil, which is very good quality)
5W30 or 10W40 is the recommended oil to use

Here in Egypt we have Mobile 1 oil I am not sure if it is same quality as Dexelia oil or not , How can i know such a thing ?

Mobil1 is better than the standard Dexelia, but Dexelia synthetic is probably better
