I took the passenger seat out of my drag Nova for exactly that reason. Got tired of telling people they couldn't ride along.

As far as helmets go... regardless of the law in your state, if you're riding a race bike or even a cruiser without a helmet, you've already got brain damage and don't need to worry about it anyway.

I musta got a broke MS6, cause mine turns better on the throttle. In fact I've kicked the tail out a couple times doing that.

Most people in stock set-ups have said they have no trouble with understeer. So your comment doesn't surprise me. When I was completely stock I didn't have trouble with understeer while having 'fun' on some fun roads and through a course in a parking lot. With the mods, I'm definitely experiencing otherwise.

Perfectly good waste of a MS6 if it is one. I don't think the regular Mz6 can do 150+ though.

Yes, because you're applying more force across the same amount of surface area it will be affected somehow. My car will likely understeer until I change one of a few things:

A) Change the amount of surface area (slicks)
B) Change the type of surface area (ultra-soft tread compound)
C) Change how power is transferred to that surface area (suspension modifications)

Anyone who attempts to drive a Mazda over 30 MPH is a fool. Mazda has had so many problems starting in1999 because the build their cars with cut rate parts that become defective. Don't believe me, read all the blogs posted about Mazda. They will not stand behind their products. When this model, MX6, first come out they had so many probems with it that they did not know how to fix. They also refused to stand honor the warranty and owners were stuck with a car they could not drive. Again, read the complaints is you do not believe me."
