Most people will get the rolls aka maki which is basically sliced veggies, cooked or raw fish, and whatever else, rolled in a blanket of rice and a sea weed sheet.

now, nigiri or shashimi is just sliced pieces of raw fish either by it's self or on top of a pillow of rice and wasabi (my favorite)

i guess if aric isn't going to CO then this friday. we can always do another sushi meet, like i said earlier, on a different day as well. yum....

as for the dyno, not sure if i'll do another one this year. maybe. i would look into doing a day with P&L but my only concern is people dropping like flies right before the dyno day. it's one thing with speedquest because freddie will still want to make money but i've never met the guys at P&L before so i don't know how they would react to something like that. unless i make everyone prepay before hand then ... but anyway .. .back to sushi
