How do I remove MS3 rear bumper?

I have a 2008 Speed3 and I am trying to remove the rear bumper plastics to do some custom work on my car. Does anyone know how to do this? I have removed the plastic screws around the bottom of the bumper, but can find no easy way to release the top half. Please help!
