Just saw you're using Woosner pistons this time. They are the same as Wiseco, which makes them a good choice

Some Updates from this Week, August 4 2009, the Build round 2 have officially began, aprox by the 25th of August my car will be back at the road with a brand new build, new toys and new dyno info and videos.. Let's see what can we do this time and in what numbers we are going to be playing this year.

Enjoy the pictures i took this morning. The remaining parts didn't fit in the table but i will take pictures of them as well next time i visit the shop to see more progress, also i'm taking pictures and videos when my mechanic puts the engine in the engine stand and start putting everything together as you guys already know i like to track with pictures and details my builds and keep them in my cardomain website to share with everybody. Thanks for watching this Round 2 build thread of mine..

I'm glad you finally got the AWR oil pan. Remember DO NOT USE THE AWR PICKUP SPACER it will smoosh the pickup screen and restrict oil flow.

And some of you might be thinking how much does it weights the OEM Water Pump Pulley and medieval, well here is the answer..

The biggest difference is in the alt pulley. Not to sure about teh crank pulley but their is a huge difference in the alt pulley.

Oh I notice that, ill weight all of them to get an estimate of their difference in weight, Today im going back to the shop to do more work to the engine. These people are mad busy building up 3 racing cars at the same time so im putting the engine together my self with them Impecting and checking everything just in case if not my car were going to take longer than what we thought do to the fact theyve got some very nice and expensive work to do on 3 racing cars they are doing at the moment Cant wait to drive her again...

Nice! I would love to build my own engine with the help of someone who knew wtf they were doing!

I know its cool as hell, plus ive learned alot going to their shop after work to see how they work and they explain me everything i ask and tell me how to do it, make me do it and then they measure and check everything ive done to see if it was done property to spec, They have every single damn tool available to work. today im putting the engine on the engine stand and ill start putting pistons and rods to the engine and the rest of the parts involved. Im very excited about doing this my self but with the coordination and inspection of them.. all i can say TBK and this shop are light years away on each other on basically anything you can think of. this time ill have a better and more solid build that will last longer and hopefully make more power since ive added better and parts i were missing on my last build and ofcouse a better tune plus they got their own dyno which i can use to tune the car my self, next they are going to teach me how to tune the Haltech and fix and make my own maps simply ******* sick if you ask me daniel..

The block looks flawless. What are ur expected numbers with this setup again? 500+ right?

On my last video taped dyno my car did 474.8whp at 25 PSI but after that dyno video we fixed few issues and car did 515whp and 409 lbs torque at 26.5 PSI but at that moment didnt had my camera to take pics and videos but i will on my new upcoming dyno, we are heading to the 600whp mark and 30-38 psi this time but we wont know until we start tunning the car to see if my injectors are big enough to get there or to be near those numbers. Anything above 515whp its a gift of god for us ill be more than happy to hit 600whp but if i could be near or above 515whp ill be happy to I just want to have this next build of mine better done and more solid than the previous one tunning will make a hell of a difference on this build
