What have you done to your P5 today?

haha, actually I read allot. Took the DVD's back to the library and simply decided to drive the P5 since it hadn't been out to play in a while.

Well you must read more than me if you know where the library actually is..
 
Sprayed some lithium grease on my clutch pedal...squeeking is gone..(it was driving me nuts) Other than that im contemplating putting on my Ksports so i can get the Teins rebuilt.

Oh and washed and waxed
 
i did the same thing a while back.....and my tiens are still freshly rebuilt, sitting in the boxes at my shop. i heart my ksports and to all the ksport bashers....

Have you ever thought about selling them....I have been thinking about going with tein coilovers instead of Illuminas and tein s-techs...
 
^ive for a couple of offers from some locals but nothing to make me give them up. i honestly dont think i will sell them tho. im using my ksports as my slammed set up and my teins for handling. but if i do sell them ill keep you in mind tho(hi)
 
So what do they do when they rebuild them? How much did you pay? I just put my Ksports on and now im trying to get the Teins rebuilt. Also what did you do about the endlinks for the ksports? Right now my front sway bar is not hooked up. =( I gotta buy new ones anyways...


EDIT....the Ksports were a pain in the ass....lol Its my fault though i wasnt prepared for the endlink problem...lol
 
I was doing some research to find a shop in my area that has good customer reviews that could do a transmission flush.

Well, that led to some research on the web...there is a lot of conflicting input on whether or not to do this procedure.

Any P5 automatic tranny users out there for or against the transmission flush?? I read a few reports that actually reported that the tranny flush essentially crapped out their transmission...i wouldn't care too much if it wasn't a $3000 transmission...bus hell, I don't want to do anything to even risk pissing my transmission off.

BTW, I am not experiencing any bizarre shifting or transmission problems...I'm just trying to be proactive and love my little transmission so it loves me back.
 
I currently have 105,000. Bought it a year ago with 70,000. I have done nothing to the transmission since I have had it. I am not aware what was done to it before it was in my possession.
 
Fresh Wash And Detail Pics.

Just washed and detailed the P% here are some pics, car is mint and completely origional, including paint, zero rust.Before some wag says lower it, or that it is auto, Ihave bad knees and major back problems. so lowering and stick shift is not an option.

I hate to say it,but a polished valve cover, A-piller gauge pod and those wheels are not stock at all... just sayin not completely original.
 
Those door sills are not stock at all either. I'll do you a favor and trade you straight up for my stock ones.

Installed a DDM Tuning 55W Slim Ballast HID Kit w/ the relay harness. 6000k bulbs. Looks sick, now I want to get a kit for my fog lights to match.
