Finally working : FIC

Ok so i flash the FIC.
The car is now bucking at 6000 rpm.
Its look like fuel cut, but my gauge only show me 7 psi and my EBC too.

But before the FIC I was getting fuel cut too at 10 psi. Is it my WGA? or its not linked?

Anyways, I'll try later with the by-pass to see if the buck is still there.

Most times when guys get that fuel cut it's the WGA. I've read too many people having it them replaceing the wga and the problem was solved. Toss on that Forge and see what happens. Make sure you have the green spring inside and you should be straight

Yes i've already order my forge, i'm waiting for it

bucking around 5000 means you maxed the maf sensor, I had the same problem but I clamped the map sensor to 4.5v so no more misfire

the wastegate has nothing to do with bucking. Bucking is from the improper tune.

Just curious as to how this is done? i've never heard anything about messing with the maf sensor to fix the bucking problem.

intercept the maf signal, the FIC read the MAF sensor and output to the ecu, you can change the voltage upon rpm or boost pressure, theres a 2d table. in the option theres MAF clamp voltage i set mine to 4.5 and no more misfire. I dataloged and i figured out my car starts bucking at 4.7-4.8 V. Clamp it to 4.5 i means even your maf output 5v fic sends no more than 4.5 to ecu. And guys trust me it works. And for all those whose raise their boost wihtout supporting mod will get misfirre cuz you max the maf aout.

but once you've maxed out the MAF and clamped it at say 4.5V, what sensors does the aem use the calculate the additional fuel required for higher airflow than 4.5V? Is it based off MAP and throttle position or?

Ok guys, this is finally (again lol) working, 100% with NO ISSUE AT ALL. No bogging, jurking, stalling, etc. at all

I'm currently working on a easy how-to, fill publish tomorrow if all goes well
I will also get tune, and post the map (dance)

cant wait for how to and pics. i am about to buy my aem in the next 2 weeks.

for the pic, I don't have a camera right now, and I don't think it's gonna be so useful. All you gonna see it's a bunch of cable connecting to my ECU (the FIC come with almost 150 wire, lol). Dont worry, I only connect like 15 of them. That what you call universal.

Very good. I might be looking at this unit instead of going standalone. Price is very important in these times. Maybe do a write up in the How To section.

FYI guys, I am only tuning ONLY off the MAP table. My MAF signal is not even being intercepted with my current setup.
