2004 Mazda3 2.0
Automatic Transmission (Very Suck. Stock on dyno barely make 75 WHP.)

Engine mods are list below:

Ground Wire
Voltage Stabilizer (My own product, Self design)
Exhaust Muffler & Header (My own product, Self design)
K&N Air filter

That's all.

First result using Stainless Air filter and got 109.4 WHP. After switch to K&N Air filter got 111.1 WHP.

What should I do next?
Plan to do port & polish then install Unichip Q. Any suggestion or idea?

Your exhaust..how far does it run? Is it from the header to the muffler? Or did you jus replace a section?

Get rid of your catalytic converters.

Cams - if available

Intake manifold

Lighter pulleys

Lighter flywheel

Intake manifold.

From header to muffler
CAT were removed
Cam - Not available here have to buy online from cosworth. Considering Cosworth 7200rpm street cam.

Have someone mod Mazda3 2.0 AT here with cosworth street cam, intake, exhaust and muffler. However, those mods able to produce just 136WHP. Automatic Tranny eat all HP. Can we enhance AT tranny efficiency?

Intake manifold - These one give me headache. Anyway to make plenum without sacrifice VIS?

Around next week if nothing goes wrong, my friend would send me stock pulleys. I'm going to send those pulley to factory as sample and made new one by CNC 7075-T6 Aluminum.

Light weight flywheel for Mazda3 is quite hard to find in Thailand cost me around 700USD if imported
Thai customs rip people off.

P.S.
Attach file is Dyno result of Mazda3 2.0 AT with K&N Air filter and Mazdaspeed Exhaust

Haven't heard of Piasini. Unichip Q works with Mazda3 2.0, no problems... typically you'll gain 5-10 hp peak and about 15 hp in the midrange. Lots of guys here who've got that motor with the Unichip on it.

You can't compare the two dynos head-to-head... the dynojet will read quite different to whatever the other dyno is (from the looks of it, both are inertial dynos) and will read different levels to the Dastek that they'll use to tune the Unichip.

That said, 120 whp is pretty good for a Dynojet reading for that motor with the automatic.
