I'm 21, this has happened to me twice, one is with g35 and the other is with a truck F-150 it looked real nice, the face on the drivers are priceless

I find it kinda annoying that people do not know what a speed3 is, cause they just think they are slow MZ3 hatch or those MZ3s that are comparable and not in anyway unique to the popularity to the Honda Civics. But, that really is not important though cause this unknown car can spank "most" cars and I kinda do like that fact that these are more unique on the road.

i took off my mazdaspeed3 badge and have a regualr mazda3 badge coming. gotta keep them wondering.
People ask me all of the time if my car is a Mazda 3... I correct them saying its a mazdaSPEED 3. Then I always get the "oh ho... a SPEED 3 my apologies" with that super D-bag attitude. I often find myself holding back the urge to kick them in the balls... or one case, with this girl I liked, the box.
I have gotten a few peopel who know their s***. I got stuck going to valvoline for an oil change the other day. I was out of my car leaning on it talking with the guys who work there about it as they asked questions about it. Another guy pulled in next to me and tried to get out of his car, and they very firmly asked him to stay in his vehicle three times.
And I got my first challenge from the the contractor in the hemi-ed truck with the cool guy shades on the other day. All I could think was how small his dick must be trying to race me from light to light. (I didn't take the bait, btw) No matter cause it only shriveled up more when I got on the highway, punched the gas and disapeared, (without breaking the speed limit btw) The sight in my rearview was priceless.

I pulled into a honey farms today to get something outta the trunk. While I was doing my thing a gold... like really gold, with a black hood civic pulls into the lot. The guy had Lamborghini style door hinges. I wanted to punch him so bad, but I was in Worcester so he probably had a knife or a gun. What a tool.

A lot of people don't even know what the difference between a regular civic and an Si is. At least you won't have to worry too much about having ricers pull up alongside you wanting to race

For most of the people I meet, that's what I'll tell them. If they're a bit more inquisitive, I'll tell them it's the "sport" version of the 3. Also some people don't even know about Mazdas (but then again mazda has only been here in Mx since 2006).
Only car guys will notice it's the speed version; well car guys and a good chunk of other 3 owners out there.

A co-worker told me his Honda Civic was turbo'd. I was like cool. He pops the hood and all he has is a cold air intake. I said WTF.

What's cool is when I went to trade my MP3 in on a MSP and the sales guy at a Mazda dealership asked me what an MP3 was and what I did to it.
The correct response when someone tells you they have a turbo'd civic is not "cool". The correct response is in fact to backhand them. If they cry, do it again.
I saw a post on a civic forum. Someone was deciding between a civic si and MS3. They were stuck on price. The wanted the MS3 cause it had a turbo, but the Si was $3k cheaper. The prevailing argument from the the members of the site was that the person would be better off to get the Si, and take the the $3k they save and put it towards a $5k tubo install for the Si. I wish I was kidding. So now you have a Si that cost $2k more then a MS3, and still needs more upgrades to equal to the MS3. Now that's sound advice.

ya same here when i first got it none of my friends thought it was fast
in till i took them for a ride and now its a different story lol and i do like how i dont go out for a drive and see 15 of them every couple miles like i did when i had the stang

I think the MS3 looks MUCH better than the regular 3 hatch
It isn't only the wheels and the wing. The nose and front fenders are MUCH different than the regular 3 hatch. I for one think the regular 3 front fenders and grille are much less attractive than the MS3's muscular fenders and nose. The way the MS3's front fenders and the hood flow into the rest of the car is absolutely gorgeous.

Good for you. I have seen them too, not saying they aren't faster... Its still a retarded idea. I have seen civics worth $36k. For that much money you could do a lot better then a civic.

that retarded idea is the only reason the MS3 exists today. you should thank Honda for building a car that started a trend, a trend that produced the car you think is so godly.
Why is it a retarded idea? Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's retarded. Some people like the idea of taking something and building it up into something it wasn't intended to be. It's no different than the guy that takes the old VW Bug and builds the s*** out of it, or the guy that takes a car or truck from the 40's or 50's and turns it into a Hot Rod.
????? im trying to figure out this comment. The civic was never ment to be a sports car, it was made to be economical. they started to get into the "SI" spec when everyone surpassed them in every aspect except gas millage and cost to own. There may be civics out there that started a trend for other civics, but there is no sports car that is based on the civic being produced. there's no way in hell you can tell me a speed3, SRT-4, SS, GTI or any car in its class was created because of the civic. the civic doesn't even fall into the same class as any of the above, its not turbo. it has beast power for an NA 4 cyl dnt get me wrong, but seriously?
